Matthew Boulton College is celebrating the completion of four education units by Midlands glazing specialists, Solaglas Structural Contracting.
Solaglas Contracting South won the contract for a £800,000 PFI project to provide a comprehensive windows and curtain walling package for the specialist language college Whitefield Fishponds Community School in Bristol.
Glass installation specialist Solaglas Contracting South has returned to school to provide the curtain walling, windows and automatic and sliding doors for the Swindon Schools Learning Campus – an extensive project comprising five schools in two locations.
Appointed by HBG Construction to supply and install the glass for the college’s main building, the project comprised Reynaers curtain walling to the main entrance and stairs plus Reynaers CW-50 HL and CW-50 SC ribbon windows to the classrooms. 
Two Contracting businesses worked together to deliver the £380,000 curtain walling and structural glazing contract for Shepherd Construction on the new Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine Centre for Tropical and Infectious Diseases.
